Mental Health Team - Permanent full time position. A market supplement of £2,500 per annum (pro-rata for part-time hours) is in operation for AMHPs and will be payable in monthly instalments additional to your basic pay. This has been agreed until 31.12.2025 but may be reviewed before then.
We are currently looking for a social worker to join us to help us to realise our ambitions to support the residents of Darlington to be as independent and healthy as possible. You will work as part of a cohesive team of social workers and support workers under the supportive guidance of an experienced team manager and senior practitioners. The team delivers two functions:
We are looking for either newly qualified or experienced social workers who are committed to strength-based practice, focusing on enabling people as much as possible to build on their own networks and strengths to meet their needs. You will have demonstrable assessment and care management skills and the drive and passion to make a difference in a dynamic and fast-paced team. You will be expected to work as part of the MDT in a co-located environment.
