The Adult Learning Disability Team supports adults with Learning Disabilities to live a fulfilled life with access to social care services as required. This is a rewarding area of social work, with a focus on person-centred planning and outcome-focused practice. The role is diverse, and no two days will be the same. Candidates will require the ability to form relationships with service users, families, and other professionals to allow for successful outcomes.
