Job description

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Children in Need Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.

About the Team

This team are responsible for assessing, supporting, and managing the welfare of children who are currently in the care of a local authority, including tasks like conducting home visits, developing care plans, finding suitable placements, advocating for the child's needs, and working with other professionals involved in the child's life to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

About you

A degree within social work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 3 years' experience is essential in order to be considered for this role.Experience working with children, their families and court work will aid in the effectiveness of the role.A valid UK driving license and vehicle is essential to the success of this role.
