Level 1: £36,124 to £37,938 per annum (Scale I)
Level 2: £38,626 to £40,476 per annum (Scale J)
We offer a £2000 welcome payment for qualified and experienced Social Workers/Occupational Therapists (grade J and above), Practice Consultants and Team Managers new to Norfolk County Council. Amount to be repaid in full should they leave within two years of employment.

We’re looking for a Social Worker to join our Discharge to Assess Team (D2A), supporting the timely assessment of individuals who have been discharged following the D2A process. You will be the aligned Social Worker assessing people's need for care and support under the Care Act 2014, using a strength-based approach and arranging person-centred support that promotes independence.
We take a living well approach in Norfolk which means supporting people in the context of their own families, communities and circle of support; empowering people to remain independent for longer.
