Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Social Worker on behalf of one of our public clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will be part of a team and help individuals and families navigate challenges, access vital resources, and build brighter futures.

What you will do:

• Conduct client assessments and develop tailored care/support plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, advocacy and emotional support.
• Maintain records and case documentation.
• Connect individuals and families with community resources and services.

What we're looking for:

• Degree in social work or equivalent social work qualification, e.g. Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work (PDDipSW), Certificate of Qualification in Social Work (CQSW), Diploma in Social Work (DipSW), Certificate in Social Services (CSS).
• Current Social Work England Registration.
• Ability to build effective relationships with children, young people, and families.
• Knowledge of a range of social work theories relevant to the role.
