Main duties of the Team Manager:
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of social workers handling CIN cases.
- Conduct regular supervision sessions to review case progress, identify challenges, and support professional development.
- Ensure team members maintain high standards of practice and adhere to statutory and procedural requirements.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Recent managerial experience, working as a TM, DTM or ATM etc.
- Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services working as a Team Manager.
