Pay Rate: £44.50 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract: Locum, 3-Months/ongoing contract

Hours: Full-time

Main duties of the Team Manager:

• Provide direction, guidance, and support to a team of social workers handling CIN cases.
• Conduct regular supervision sessions to review case progress, identify challenges, and support professional development.
• Ensure team members maintain high standards of practice and adhere to statutory and procedural requirements.

Requirements of the Team Manager:

• Degree or equivalent in social work.
• Current Social Work England registration.
• Recent managerial experience, working as a TM, DTM or ATM etc.
• Significant frontline experience in Children’s Services working as a Team Manager.
