What you will do:

1. Manage a Children and Families caseload, dealing with complex and diverse cases, involving assessments, reviews, interventions, and report preparation to address children's needs effectively.

3. Foster empowerment in service users by building on individual strengths and developing risk management strategies that reflect in assessments and plans.

5. Contribute to the Service's engagement strategy, taking responsibility for key professional relationships depending on your level.

7. Maintain thorough records that demonstrate engagement and aid in quality assurance frameworks, including tracking quantitative, qualitative, and outcome-based information from your interactions with children and families.
