Team/Specialism: Transfer of Care Team

Pay Rate: £40 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Hours: Full-time

Requirements of the Assistant Team Manager/Practice Manager:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Recent managerial experience, working as a TM, DTM or ATM etc.
• Significant frontline experience in Adults Services
