1. Manage a caseload that includes Child and Family Assessments, Child in Need cases, and Child Protection as well as Child Care Proceedings leading to permanence.

3. Engage with children through direct work and employ child-centred practice to foster effective relational work with children and families.
4. Showcase exceptional organisational skills to juggle competing demands and uphold high standards of practice and performance.
5. Conduct competent analytical assessment, delivering written work of the highest quality.
6. Collaborate within a bustling yet supportive team environment, sharing insights and skills to nurture a culture of learning.
7. Develop driving essentials, as having a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle is vital for this role.
8. Participate in office duty tasks with potential hybrid working options, enabling a blend of office and remote work depending on team needs.

Requirements of the Social Worker:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK working as a qualified Social Worker
