Job description

We’re a fast-paced, content team passionate about social media and storytelling. As we grow, we’re looking for a Social Video Editor to help us bring UGC to life on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Snapchat.

As a Social Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, editing, and creating engaging video content that aligns with our brand and captivates our audience. You’ll work closely with the Social Video Lead and the broader content team to ensure our social media channels remain dynamic and innovative.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source and edit user-generated content for social media platforms, ensuring it meets brand standards.

  • Assist in curating content from creators, influencers, and online communities.

  • Edit short-form videos tailored to specific platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook).

  • Collaborate with the Social Video Lead to deliver content that drives engagement and supports growth metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and editing techniques.

  • Contribute ideas for UGC integration into broader campaigns.

  • Ensure all content complies with usage rights and permissions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience as a Video Editor working with UGC.

  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a willingness to learn and improve.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.

  • Strong visual and narrative instincts to create engaging content.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet quick turnaround times without compromising quality.

  • Comfortable working collaboratively and taking feedback.

  • Eagerness to grow your skills and take on new challenges.

We operate on a hybrid model, working from the Shoreditch office in London on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Please only apply if you are able to commute to our office for this role.
