Job Description

Social Value Manager - Infrastructure

Location - Cheltenham

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive social value strategy with a 12-month roadmap and team accountability.
  • Support the implementation of employment and skills plans.
  • Deliver on agreed targets set via the Social Value Portal.
  • Ensure monthly reporting of data (including Galliford Try, Arcadis, and supply chain) with supporting evidence.
  • Lead and evolve the Social Value Delivery Group for the project.
  • Align social value efforts with client vision and long-term legacy goals.
  • Work with Arcadis and supply chain partners to deliver and align key social value outcomes to core targets.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to maximise benefits across employment, local economy, environment, and community health.

About you:

  • Strong written, presentation, and advanced communication skills with experience engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage information flow, time, and outcomes effectively.
  • Knowledgeable in the National TOMs framework and related social value guidance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365; highly IT literate.
  • Holds a UK driver's license with travel flexibility; a degree is preferred but not essential.
