Job description

Are you an experienced Community Engagement Advisor, Social Value Advisor, or Marketing Assistant looking to fast track your career? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading regional contractor as a Social Value Advisor within their established social value team, overseeing exciting schemes across the Southwest region, ranging from £50K - £15M. Preferably, you will come from a construction or public sector background with experience in a similar position.


Duties include:

  1. Supporting and fulfilling clients' content requests
  2. Attending regular meetings with local councils, neighborhoods, and businesses regarding ongoing projects
  3. Highlighting career opportunities and producing initiatives within schools and colleges, driving and promoting careers in construction
  4. Driving and implementing company incentives and programs, promoting the work of the business
  5. Hosting equality, diversity, and inclusion events

The nature of this role will call upon strong social, people, and communication skills. An ambitious nature and self-motivated attitude are essential as you will be responsible for covering up to 6 schemes by yourself and reporting to the Social Value Manager.
