Location: Southwark

Contract Type: Ongoing contract

Social Services Occupational Therapist Pay Rate: Up to £40 per hour (assignment rate)

Shift Pattern: Full Time – part time will be considered

Duties:

  • Supporting the discharge pathway from hospital to care homes
  • Help facilitate effective working practices in the care homes by providing coaching, advice and joint working

Requirements of the Social Services Occupational Therapist:

  • Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Registered with the HCPC
  • Previous experience in posture and seating assessment and management will be a bonus
  • Demonstrate flexibility, creativity and the ability to support change in a challenging environment
  • Car driver (preferred)
