We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Science Teacher to join our dynamic and forward-thinking school in Bedfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and educate students across Psychology, Sociology, and Criminology at Key Stages 4 and 5. The successful candidate will have a strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Social Sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Criminology)
Plan and assess student progress to ensure academic success
Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
Contribute to curriculum development within the department
Participate in extracurricular activities and school events
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
A degree in Social Sciences or a related subject
Experience teaching Social Sciences at Key Stage 4 and 5 (preferred)
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
