About the role
The social producer role forms the core of the social creative team. They enjoy being part of a team and creating space for the team to successfully deliver exceptional creative. Working closely with the social Art Directors and social marketing team, you will support the delivery of fast-paced social content. You will have the confidence to interrogate briefs and build relationships with key stakeholders, as well as external talent and agents, building a network of social contributors. Supporting pre and post production, you will manage the production process from start to finish. In this role you will be someone who is highly organised with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an understanding of the requirements of social content production. You will support the social creative team in commissioning any external talent and shoot production as well as the logistical delivery of all content. The Social Producer will be resourceful and have the ability to work under pressure and problem solve at pace. They will be comfortable working within a defined budget, ensuring the quality of the content remains high and proactively finding solutions. They will have a solid understanding of social best practice and have the ability to produce social first content for all key social platforms.
