Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice, you will:

• Complete editing, ensuring that content is clear, easily understood, interesting, and accurate.
• Contribute to the marketing plan, delivery or evaluation of strategic marketing activity through the creation of written planning and evaluation documents and presentations.
• Use appropriate research methods to gather marketing insight or evaluation.
• Use research data to inform marketing decisions, targeting, planning, and delivery.
• Work with creative teams and clients to plan video shoots.
• Source, create and edit content for marketing channels, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
• Manage the cataloguing of offline and digital marketing materials in line with marketing regulations.
• Publish, monitor, and respond to content via various platforms.
• Support the administration of marketing activities, e.g., webinars, email campaigns, PPC campaigns, and partner marketing activity.
• Maintain accurate customer data using the organisation’s CRM system.
• Identify and use relevant trends and technologies to implement effective marketing activities.
• Contribute to the monitoring of marketing expenditure and activities.
• Monitor, optimise, analyse and evaluate marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements: 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent, including English Language and Maths.
