Social Media Support Volunteers

Overview

We are seeking Social Media Support Volunteers.

At Change Grow Live, we believe social media platforms are a great way to connect with those who use our services and engage with new young people or family members. We also use social media to offer advice and give information while promoting the services and support we have on offer.

As a social media support volunteer, you will play an instrumental role in supporting the team to maintain our social media presence.

Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live. Last year, over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of a million hours of their time to our organisation.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in managing our social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
2. Work with the team to create and post useful and creative content that will engage our current followers and grow our presence.
3. Lead on the development of new social media platforms and campaigns.
4. Keep up to date with awareness days/weeks and advertise internal and wider community events/campaigns/recruitment.
5. Use social media to gain feedback to help grow and improve our service offer.
6. Ensure compliance with relevant organisational policies and procedures.
7. Promote social media pages to relevant agencies and those who use our services.
