We are seeking a creative digital marketing and Data professional to lead and manage strategic social media marketing initiatives and campaigns for this specialist growth agency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, data analytics & social media with a deep passion for the music/cultural industries and the role of Influence within this space.

Please note that this role requires someone who has a solid background within agency based digital marketing across multiple social media platforms. You must have some experience or knowledge of the music industry/music artists, luxury brands or sports brands and be working at the forefront of technology and creative campaigns. This is a mid level role that will feel like a start-up position but with an established and respected brand/business and will ultimately lead into a senior leadership role longer term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Direct and oversee the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, content production, influencer marketing, event activations, and partnerships by the 3-month mark.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, leveraging data and analytics to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results for clients.
- SOP Development: Develop and refine SOPs/service blueprints across marketing functions and onboarding to ensure efficient and effective campaign execution within the first 6 months.
- Trend Integration: Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in music and cultural marketing, proactively integrating new ideas and strategies into client campaigns and SOPs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including artists, labels, internal team members, freelancers, and media partners, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including artists, managers, brand owners, freelancers, and industry influencers, continually enhancing the 'creative bed' around the company.
- Operational Support: Support the founder by lifting operational workloads within 3 months, allowing them to focus on SOP development, business development, and company positioning.
- Customer Profiling and Business Development: Engage in customer profiling, identifying new opportunities for company direction, and performing well in relevant sales meetings with the Founder.
