We are expanding and have a strong pipeline of new sites to be open – this is an important stage for our business development so we are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Marketing Manager to help us take our social media presence to the next level.

About the role

The role is a blend of content creation, content scheduling, community management, strategic planning and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure the Right News reaches the Right Audience at the Right Time.

About you

• A raconteur with a passion for film and activities that bring people together, who can create scroll-stopping, like-worthy content across all social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and whatever comes next
• A trailblazer with a great understanding of how to adapt for different platforms, always on top of the latest social media trends
• Creative copywriter with hands-on social media management experience – you live and breathe social media. Your content doesn’t just fill up the space – they are show-stoppers!
• Tech-savvy multitasker, proficient in using media management tools, paid social platforms and analytics
• Effortless collaborator, who can work as a part of a team, but is self -motivated and can run a project independently
• Perceptive thinker – you use data to inform your decisions and optimize results, dive into analytics to see what’s working and if something doesn’t, you know how to tweak it to perfection

How we will keep you busy

• Work with Marketing and Design departments as well as local sites to drive engagement by creating a killer content to grow and nurture our socials across different platforms – you will engage, respond and build relationships that last
• Create exciting social schedules, write snappy social copy and schedule content across the estate
• Plan, execute and optimise paid social media campaigns – monitor and report on performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI
• Prepare regular reports on both organic and paid social media performance, providing insights and recommendation for improvement
• Manage and support our site-specific Social Media Champions
• Partner closely with film distributors ensure that every marketing move—from trailers to social media campaigns—reflects the essence of the film and resonates with the target audience.
