Job Description

As the Social Media Manager/Content Production Specialist, you’ll oversee the vision and execution of our digital presence — crafting a cohesive, luxury-driven experience that captivates, converts, and amplifies brand awareness. You’ll be the architect of our content strategy, ensuring every post, story, and campaign aligns seamlessly with Xanco’s brand ethos and business goals.

Core Responsibilities:

Social Media Content Development & Strategy Execution

• Create and plan high-quality content for digital channels, including the photography & videography for Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube - as well as stock-style images for our website.
• Ensure all material produced is captivating and consistent with luxury brand standards.
• Handle post-production tasks such as the editing of images and videos for campaigns & on-schedule posting.
• Implement a social media strategy designed maximise engagement and increase Xanco’s on-brand exposure.
• Create content suitable for paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok - this will include working alongside our business development team.
• Develop a thorough and realistic posting schedule for all social media platforms; which effectively builds an online community/following.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track, analyse, and report on engagement metrics, providing actionable insights with weekly presentations & a monthly overview.
• Monitor the effectiveness of paid social media campaigns, refining targeting and performance.
• Use social media analytics tools to optimise content reach and engagement.
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and emerging technologies.

About You

We are looking for an ambitious, independent and creative individual who excels in luxury storytelling - and seeks to grow with our team as we establish our strong position in the high-end watch industry further, both in the United Kingdom & abroad. What you should bring to us:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content production, with a proven track record/achievements - preferably in the luxury sector.
• Strong knowledge in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms.
• Expertise in managing and producing content for Instagram, Tiktok & Youtube.
• Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography, and content creation.
• Strong storytelling abilities with a keen eye for luxury aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as alongside the rest of our team.
