As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping, planning, executing, and overseeing the strategy behind prize-driven promotions and competitions to boost customer engagement, generate leads, and ensure all competition and prize promotions comply with local laws, rules, and regulations.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement engaging prize and competition campaigns aligned with company objectives and customer engagement goals.
  • Create engaging, relevant, and creative content (posts, images, videos, stories, etc.) for various social platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.
  • Plan and execute cross-channel promotional strategies to create buzz and maximize participant engagement.
  • Define clear objectives for each competition or prize promotion, ensuring it aligns with brand and sales goals.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop attractive prize concepts, promotional materials, and competition themes.
  • Drive awareness and participation through email, social media, digital ads, influencer partnerships, and other marketing channels.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and emails, to promote competitions and prizes.
  • Optimize campaigns for the highest reach and conversion, including drafting compelling copy and offers.
  • Work closely with legal teams to ensure all competition and prize promotions comply with local laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare and review official rules, terms, and conditions for competitions.
  • Manage and oversee participant data, ensuring compliance with privacy policies.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators for each competition or prize campaign (e.g., participation rate, website traffic, conversion rates, social engagement).
  • Regularly report on campaign results and provide insights on future improvements.
  • Manage the budget for prize promotions and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Experience Required:
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager.
  • Experience within promotions, prize or competition-based campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements for competitions and promotions.
  • Experience with digital tools for creating promotional content (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
