This role is new due to growth & reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase follower growth, brand awareness, and engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
Monitor social media trends, analyze social media metrics, and use data-driven insights to optimize content performance, grow followers, and improve engagement.
Track and report on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
Develop paid social strategies and enhance our organic social media strategy through the use of paid.
