Job description

Social Media Manager
Fast Growth Health & Wellness Brand
London

Harmonic is thrilled to partner with a dynamic, fast-growing leader in the quick service food sector. This innovative company is on the hunt for their first Social Media Lead to spearhead their online presence.

Having launched a few years ago, they have managed to scale organically, but this hire represents a real opportunity to drive further outreach to new consumers across TikTok, Instagram (Threads), X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook.

Our client is passionate about making healthy, sustainable, and plant-focused food both accessible and convenient. With a strong emphasis on quality, organic ingredients, and ethical sourcing, they offer delicious and nutritious meals that suit all.

Joining this remarkable company means becoming a part of an exciting growth journey. They plan to open around 10 new locations in and around London within the next 15 months, expanding their reach and influence further with your support.

Role:

  • As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s social media strategy and direction.
  • Working directly with the co-founder and the Brand Manager, this is a very exciting role for someone who loves TikTok and Reels and is looking to think of new innovative ways to get the company’s ethos and product into the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business results through strategic leadership of our social media channels to build brand awareness, develop communities, and drive commercial results.
  • Ownership of the long-term social roadmap and alignment of company goals.
  • Work closely with our Senior Brand and Marketing Manager and Creative Director to integrate social content with overarching brand and product initiatives.
  • Recognise and predict trends or changes in the social landscape, contextualising the impacts and seeking new opportunities for the brand.
  • Oversee social intelligence and measurement.
  • Own the social program impact measurement, optimisation, and intelligence approach.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned to the business’s objectives and goals.
  • Perform research and report on current trends and audience preferences.
  • React accordingly to market and industry trends and ensure reactive content is created and posted promptly.
  • Build the company community through social media. Drive community engagement, build advocacy programmes, and coordinate influencer visits and events.
  • Monthly social media reporting and ROI analysis on social campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support brand initiatives where necessary.
  • Support with PR, marketing, and brand activations/events where necessary.
  • Plan and manage campaign executions, on time, on budget, to scope.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and management.
  • Ability to manage communications and leverage the existing network for optimal partnerships.

What our client would like to see:

  • 3-5 years in social media work.
  • Experience working in hospitality or restaurants.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Capcut, and Canva.
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

What we would like to see (not essential):

  • Super high energy and fun.
  • Loves TikTok!

Salary: Up to £40k-£50k + Benefits
