Salt have partnered with a fast-growing marketing agency on a mission to help blockchain companies reach their target audience.

You will be joining a growing marketing team and will be responsible for managing social media channels as well as working with influencers for a variety of clients in the blockchain space.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and a proven track record of starting channels from scratch and growing them into an interactive community.

The Role:

1. Managing Social Media accounts and communities across Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Instagram, TikTok for multiple clients
2. Devising marketing methods & plans to grow social media communities
3. Liaising with designers to create effective social imagery
4. Engaging with the community and coming up with innovative and interactive ways to increase exposure
5. Creating & maintaining social media content calendars for clients
6. Staying up to date with social media trends

The Person:

1. Demonstrable experience in growing Social Media channels – preferably in crypto/blockchain space
2. Proven track record of growing and nurturing communities
3. Understanding of advanced marketing principles
4. Ability to follow instructions and work independently on multiple projects
5. Personally interested in crypto/blockchain/web3
