The Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands the nuances of Web3 culture and has a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences on X.com.

Your main mission will be to optimize our X strategy & processes. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging content that resonates with our target audience, growing our follower base authentically, and aligning our social media presence with Peera.ai’s mission and values.

You will also be responsible for maintaining our LinkedIn presence, crafting professional, engaging content that resonates with professionals & B2B audiences and aligns with Peera’s brand voice and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• X.com Growth & Engagement: Develop and execute a strategy to grow our X.com account authentically, focusing on engagement and meaningful interactions.
• Content Creation: Design and post content that reflects Web3 culture and trends, optimized for X’s algorithm to maximize visibility and engagement.
• Community Targeting: Understand and target specific audiences, tailoring content to resonate with Web3 enthusiasts, influencers, and professional users.
• Collaborative Content Development: Work with our graphic designer to create high-quality visuals while having the ability to produce quick, efficient designs when necessary.
• Multichannel Presence: Expand and maintain a professional tone on LinkedIn, effectively engaging B2B audiences and influencers.
• Performance Analysis: Extract insights from performance data to evaluate post effectiveness and iteratively improve strategy based on those insights.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor trends in Web3, blockchain, and decentralized ecosystems to ensure content is relevant and forward-thinking.

What You Bring

• Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms, particularly X.com.
• Web3 Knowledge: A deep understanding of Web3 culture, its audience, and its unique communication style.
• Creative & Analytical Mindset: A balance of creativity for content creation and the ability to analyze data to optimize performance.
• Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of marketing principles or a strong desire to learn them, with mentorship opportunities available.
• Adaptability: Ability to switch seamlessly between engaging, casual tones for X and professional, polished tones for LinkedIn.
• Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of social media management experience or proven success on X
• Demonstrated success in growing social media engagement and followings.
• Background in Web3, blockchain, or tech-related industries.
