Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Neath with some work-from-home flexibility. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and managing engaging content, optimizing social media performance, and ensuring effective communication with our audience.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong Communication and Writing skills
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in marketing or hospitality industry is a plus
• TikTok skills essential. Must be comfortable filming themselves.
