The Role

The Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in developing Club L London's global campaign and social strategy managing and directing the social and content team. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Brand Director and Head of Creative to ensure a first in class campaign roll out across all social touch points maximising reach, engagement as well as driving the Club L brand vision forward.

As the Social Media Manager you will be social media-obsessed with your finger closely on the pulse of the fashion and emerging digital trends. Working collaboratively with the Brand Director you will develop the social media strategy with the aim of driving brand awareness, trust, follower growth, engagement, and revenue. Leading the strategy execution.

Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with the Brand Director to develop and deliver the brands' social media strategy, setting KPIs relevant to each channel against brand and commercial objectives, such as increasing following and engagement.
  2. Utilise your knowledge of key social platforms, including but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat.
  3. Conceptualise innovative and unique social concepts that complement Club L's key shoots building on the initial campaign concept. Map out these campaigns across each social channel in line with the brand vision and campaign strategy and manage end to end.
  4. Monitor, track, analyse and report on social performance, using tools such as Google Analytics & Platform insights.
  5. Research current benchmarks, analyse customer trends, developments in social media platforms, digital technologies, and competition analysis to plan our campaigns and achieve the maximum ROI.
  6. Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to drive follower growth, develop brand awareness, increase reach among our community and engagement per post.
  7. Maximise trading and growth opportunities throughout global territories.
  8. Lead on the creation of new, trending content in response to viral trends. Ensure quick execution across content outreach and/or internal content creation.
  9. Source and implement commercially driven brand partnerships.
  10. Collaborate with the Outreach team to source and manage content collaborators to create bespoke assets for channels.
  11. Support brand and PR team in creating content at events.
  12. Ensure a consistent TOV across all channels in line with brand.
  13. Work closely with the Customer Services team to monitor feedback across our social channels and advise on the best response in the brand's TOV.
  14. Excellent communication skills able to collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Creative, Merchandising and eCommerce.
  15. Lead the social media team, setting quarterly objectives and development plans.

  1. Experience of delivering social strategies focused on brand awareness, follower growth, engagement, community building, and creating hype on our social channels.
  2. Ability to work at both a strategic, tactical & operational level.
  3. Strong project and campaign management skills with an analytical approach to key metrics.
  4. Strong editing skills including but not limited to reels, video, production app.
  5. Creative thinker who is passionate about developing new and engaging social ideas, always looking at new content and actively making suggestions.
  6. Collaborative attitude with the ability to develop strong working relationships with key business departments and 3rd party brands.
  7. Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment.
  8. Preferred experience within premium brands or agency.
  9. Experience in managing and developing a team, with good workflow & process implementation.
  10. Excellent communication skills with an inspiring and empowering leadership style.
