Social Media Manager

An opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Marketing Manager with 1 year of experience in social media marketing to join a reputable dental practice. This is a hybrid, full-time or part-time role offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £30,000 - £40,000. Up to 30 hours per week.

As a Social Media & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing and elevating the practice's digital marketing initiatives to engage new and existing patients and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and implementing social media strategies to build and strengthen the practice's digital footprint across key platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
2. Creating engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that promotes services and shares patient success stories to reach new patients and referral partners.
3. Managing and optimizing Google Ads and other paid campaigns, continuously analyzing metrics to improve performance and targeting.
4. Collaborating closely with the dental team to develop content that highlights the practice's expertise, patient care, and core values.
5. Monitoring social media trends and tracking analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize engagement.
6. Leading digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and targeted promotions, to boost brand recognition and attract new patients.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Social Media Manager, Marketing Manager, Account Manager, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Consultant, Social Media Specialist, Social Media Strategist, or in a similar role.
2. At least 1 year of experience in social media marketing.
3. Strong creative abilities with a flair for content creation and copywriting.
4. Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
