Talent Hub is hiring an experienced Social Media Manager for an established and large organisation with an office in the North of Sussex. They need a Social Media Specialist who can increase their numbers of followers on social media communities, increase engagement, brand awareness and sales. They are also looking for someone who can develop their influencer programme and create enticing social campaigns. This Social Media role will manage a team of 2 and an external agency.

For this Social Media Manager job, you should have:

• Previously worked for a large organisation within a consumer-focused Social Media Manager position, within an in-house marketing department.
• Experience at Social Media Manager level for a consumer-based organisation, with community management, customer insight, and influencer collaboration.
• Successfully developed and delivered social media strategies for multiple consumer-focused channels.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, aligning messaging with customer services, internal marketing, brand, and events teams.
• Managed a Social Media team, external agency, and sizable budget.
• Education to degree level in marketing or a recognised social media qualification.

Responsibilities for this Social Media Manager job include:

• Maintain and develop the organisation's existing social media platforms and channels.
• Evaluate and interpret customer behaviours against segmentation to improve campaign performance and engagement, working closely with Marketing and Research & Insight teams to identify target audiences.
• Optimise social media campaigns and collaborate with the social media agency to enhance performance.
• Ensure all social media marketing campaigns adhere to market regulations, including Advertising Standards, CAP codes, and GDPR.
• Monitor social media activities and flag reputational issues for discussion with the Communications Manager.
