‘Studio B’ are looking for a Social Media Executive to join our team full-time in London!
Studio B is a fast-moving, fast-growing creative production company with an audience of 21 million+ followers and we create new exciting content every week. We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Executive, who is organised and super passionate about helping to make content that will blow our audience away.
We’re looking for a candidate who loves the social space (Youtube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and wants to be a part of a buzzy, vibrant team who are all driven by creating incredible content! We are a collaborative company, so everyone is involved in the brainstorming/idea creation process and we would love to have a like-minded individual join our team and be part of this.
Who you are:
As our Social Media Executive, you'll be the mastermind behind our social media game plan, turbocharging our online presence and boosting our marketing and sales vibes. You'll dive into editing, posting epic content, sparking conversations with our awesome community, and tracking the magic of our campaigns to keep everything aligned with our grand business goals. Basically, you'll be the digital superhero who makes sure our brand shines online!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation Wizardry: Design eye-catching graphics, write witty captions, and produce scroll-stopping videos that leave our followers wanting more.
- Edit and Sound Guru: Utilise your video editing skills to cut, splice, and enhance footage, ensuring every frame is picture-perfect. Master the art of sound design, adding the right tunes and effects to elevate our content to the next level.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
- Engagement Extraordinaire: Build and nurture our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions with lightning speed and impeccable charm.
- Audience Interaction: Actively engage with our followers, initiating conversations, and encouraging user-generated content to boost engagement and brand loyalty.
- Trend Spotting Guru: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms. Predict the next big thing before it happens!
- Analytics Ace: Monitor and report on key performance metrics to ensure our content is always hitting the mark. Make data-driven decisions to optimise our strategy.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our creative team to ensure our social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and brand goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Social Media Savvy: Extensive experience with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Facebook, Snapchat and LinkedIn) and a knack for using each one to its full potential.
- Creative Flair: A portfolio of past work showcasing your ability to create engaging and innovative content.
- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Da Vinci, or similar tools. Experience with sound design is a big plus!
- Exceptional Communicator: Master the art of concise and impactful communication, both written and verbal, to captivate and engage our audience effectively.
- Engagement Enthusiast: Proven experience in actively engaging with social media audiences, fostering community, and driving user interaction.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social media metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- Adaptability: The digital landscape is ever-changing, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Social Media Executive or similar is a big plus, but a killer portfolio and a can-do attitude can make up for it.
- Education: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
