TikTokkers, Pinners and Gram’ers, a fantastic opportunity has arisen within a fast-growing, creative and strategic marketing agency for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. With social media, websites, PPC, video, email, and e-commerce at the centre of our campaigns, you will be ready to challenge the norm and let your digital expertise shine through in helping develop, execute and refine scroll-stopping campaigns for both the agency and our clients.

The role offers creative and digital responsibility, and the successful applicant will need to be able to interpret wider marketing objectives, see the “bigger picture”, work under pressure within a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. The role reports into the Creative Directors and will work alongside the wider creative team, who encourage new imaginative thinking and welcome fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the game.

With offices located in High Wycombe, the role offers direct links to the M40 and is a 2-min walk from the train station with direct links to London Marylebone.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging and informative social media content.
  • Plan and coordinate content in an engaging and aesthetically pleasing way.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of social media accounts including organizing the content calendar to support business objectives, creating posts and videos as well as writing and scheduling all posts/reels/stories.
  • Edit photo and video content for use across socials and the wider marketing team.
  • Gather ‘Behind the Scenes’ content during shoot days for social channel use.
  • Manage social media channels on a day-to-day basis, helping increase engagement, awareness, and lead generation.
  • Present new platform ideas that align with launches and product specific assets to the wider creative team.
  • Strategise and execute social media PPC campaigns.
  • Regular keyword and SEO research.
  • Monitor relevant social trends, online news, emerging opportunities to generate relevant, proactive content.
  • Create and manage email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Provide insights, analysis and reporting on marketing activity and KPIs using data-driven results to back your social strategies, including website performance, retargeting, social engagement, PPC statistics.
  • Deliver accurate analysis of reports, track progress and trends, and make recommendations for business/campaign improvement and efficiency.
  • Attend regular client meetings to foster dialogue and build relationships.
  • Contribute to other areas to support the marketing team as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven social media and digital marketing experience.
  • Experience working within a digital or marketing agency.
  • A creative flair with a vision that fits our brand.
  • A knowledge of the brand voice with a talent for creating the perfect blend of witty, humorous but professional copy.
  • An eye for great imagery and design.
  • Experience in content creation in photo or video format.
  • Sound knowledge of managing social media PPC.
  • Ability to significantly grow online social presence and increase social engagement.
  • Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing PPC strategies and campaigns.
  • Able to work to project and time management systems.
  • Using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software to edit images and photography to ensure content is specific to channel and consistent is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Desire to learn and develop.
