We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Social Media Data Analyst to monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of our social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media metrics, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
What you’ll do:
Collect and analyse data from various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, X, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat).
Monitor social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, trends, and insights.
Develop and implement strategies to improve engagement and reach based on data analysis.
Track and analyse the performance of social media campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
Utilise tools and software for social media analytics and reporting.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
Identify opportunities for growth and optimization of social media presence.
What you’ll have:
Proven experience as a Social Media Data Analyst or similar role.
Proficiency in social media platforms and their analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, X Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, etc.)
Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Ability to interpret complex data and present it in an easy-to-understand format.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
A self-starter who understands fast-paced startup culture, someone who is proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
