In our pursuit of excellence within our Marketing team here at Carnival UK, we're seeking a social media expert to lead the growth and expansion of P&O Cruises channels. Leading content planning for our biggest initiatives, the Social Media Content Manager will drive a step change in engagement with loyal guests and drive significant brand awareness and consideration from new audiences.
With significant experience in developing social-first content, the individual will have expertise in UGC, driving engagement with partnerships and activating influencer content within brand channels. Additionally, the individual will have a keen interest in social media, with a solid understanding of trends and experience translating these into impactful, brand appropriate assets.
Role Overview
The Sales, Marketing and Brand team is key to helping P&O Cruises achieve its ambition to become Britain's #1 holiday choice. Seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager, this is a key role for injecting creativity and innovation into our content, to deliver against key performance metrics. Possessing solid knowledge of the industry, the ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience working in social media within large companies or agencies, managing complex projects at pace.
