Social Media & Content Executive

Location: Stockport or London (some travel will be required for story gathering, relationship building and content generation)

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Creating engaging and eye-catching content for our social media channels, careers page, and marketing campaigns.
2. Brainstorming and executing innovative social media initiatives to showcase our company culture and attract top talent.
3. Writing posts, articles, and other copy that tells our story and highlights why Movera is an amazing place to work.
4. Designing eye-catching graphics, videos, and visuals using tools like Canva (or other design tools).
5. Managing our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms to boost engagement and reach.
6. Collaborating with different teams to capture company culture, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
7. Analysing social media performance and using insights to optimise content strategies.

What We’re Looking For

1. A creative thinker with a passion for content, social media, and employer branding.
2. A strong writer who can craft engaging posts and compelling copy.
3. Some experience (or a keen interest) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
4. A good eye for design and experience using Canva (or similar design tools).
5. Someone who’s proactive, full of ideas, and enjoys working with people.
6. A team player who can collaborate with different departments and bring our brand to life.
