Social Media Content Creator

We're seeking an ambitious, fun, and hardworking individual to elevate our social media presence across our brands BEAUTYPRO, BARBER PRO & WONDERBALM

Here’s a snapshot of what you need to do:

• Design, film and edit content to publish to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
• Have your finger on the pulse to create relevant, topical content that drives engagement and brand awareness.
• Become the face of our brands, adding personality and creativity to our output
• Use expert knowledge of algorithms and current trends to keep us at the forefront of conversation
• Build relationships with creators and aligned brands to maximise our exposure
• Engage with our community to build a relationship with our customers
• Translate top level marketing strategy into successful social campaigns
• Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to drive KPIs and support our retailers

The Essentials:

• Excellent copywriting ability and strong visual eye for photography.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva and video editing software.
• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Ability to work cohesively with the team to develop unique content.
• Enjoy working in an efficient environment.
• Good time management and ability to work towards deadlines.
• Great organisational skills, being able to work across multiple different brands
• Finger on the pulse with social media trends.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Ad types would be beneficial.

What we’re looking for from you…

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative individual who sees everything as potential content. The ideal candidate will be an expert in social media algorithms, with a strong understanding of how to build engagement and curate an aesthetically pleasing feed.

Multiplatform Proficiency - The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of all key platforms: TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook, with a desire for growth and engagement to help us to grow and monetise these channels in line with KPIs.

Brand Ambassador - We’re looking for someone who can be the face of our brands, creating video content to effectively communicate our message and values to our customers. They should have a love and passion for our industry, products and our company. They believe in, and champion our brands.

Social Listening - the candidate will be our ears on the ground, uncovering the trending topics of our industry and positioning our brands as a trendsetter and expert in our field.

They will have a good understanding of which creators and brands we should align our brands with in order to maximise our reach.

The candidate will take ownership and responsibility for our social strategy - thinking outside the box and not be afraid to stand out from the crowd in a congested market. They will have a natural flair for writing engaging copy whether responding to messages, engaging with our community or writing captions.
