About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital content and social media, and who’s excited to grow their skills in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. You’ll be central to shaping our voice online—developing ideas, crafting engaging content, and driving our presence across key platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for various social media channels.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content—photos, videos, and written posts.
• Work closely with the team to ensure social media activity aligns with broader marketing efforts.
• Keep an eye on social trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages.
• Analyse social media metrics and deliver insights for ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to broaden reach.
• Stay current with social media best practices and platform updates.

Skills & Experience:

• A genuine passion for social media and content creation.
• Creative mindset and strong storytelling ability.
• Familiar with platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
• Eager to learn and continuously improve.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
