Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and manage our social media content across key platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram.
2. Create captivating and original content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
3. Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools to ensure content effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align social media activities with the overall marketing strategy.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of the digital landscape.
6. Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
7. Organize and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and giveaways to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
8. Utilize full autonomy in creative projects, bringing innovative ideas to the table and seeing them through to execution.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience within a Content Creation or Social Media role, within the restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
2. Experience using camera equipment to take high quality video and photography.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging content on TikTok and Instagram.
4. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
6. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
9. Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve strategy.
