Social Media Community Manager

Location: Shoreditch, London
Contract: 24 months
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, office-based (5 days)
Pay Rate: £280 - £400 per day (PAYE)

As part of the in-house EU Social Media team, you will work alongside content strategists, designers, and marketing professionals to craft compelling social media narratives.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Community Manager to join my clients dynamic and innovative team; focused on engaging audiences through creative and impactful digital storytelling. If you're passionate about entertainment, digital trends, and crafting engaging social media content, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Manage communication and coordination across multiple European markets.
  • Build immersive fan experiences through creative and strategic content planning.
  • Collaborate with social media agencies, internal creative teams, production stakeholders, and external influencers.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to refine and enhance content strategies.
  • Maintain seamless communication between global and local teams to ensure brand consistency.



What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media campaign and community management.
  • Strong ability to create engaging and high-quality editorial content.
  • Experience working with large brands and generating earned media.
  • Proficiency in analyzing social media performance data to optimize engagement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in delivering social-first, integrated campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management experience.
  • Comfortable working with influencers, talent, and creative partners.
