T.M.C. is part of an international holding which operates in various fields: publishing, events, promotional activities, fashion, automotive, and green economy.
Location: Rome downtown (Italy).
Key Duties:
Social Media
- Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate T.M.C. social media strategy.
- Manage T.M.C. social media channels, including planning and scheduling organic posts, writing inventive and engaging posts, and being responsible for community management; as the steward of T.M.C online personality, you will write copy for all T.M.C. social media platforms, including replying to questions and comments from our online communities.
- Responsible for proofing and publishing all social media posts, ensuring they adhere to T.M.C. guidelines.
- Create and manage social media campaigns for T.M.C. productions, events, projects and initiatives, working closely with the Marketing and Editorial Team to ensure they are in line with the rest of the marketing campaign/editorial content.
- Cultivate and manage influencer and social media fan relationships and lead on reposting activity.
- Report on social media reach, engagement, revenue and community growth and provide analysis on the effectiveness of social campaigns and content.
- Report on new platform trends and social opportunities to explore.
Digital Content
- Work with the Marketing and Editorial Team to strategically plan digital content that meets T.M.C.’s communications objectives.
- Champion the identity of T.M.C. and how its publications/events/business units are communicated to their respective audiences.
- Manage, plan and deliver original digital content for T.M.C.’s social channels and websites including the production of short films, editorial pieces and graphics.
- Manage relevant partners/sponsors to create a full suite of digital assets according to specific agreements for each T.M.C. production.
- Ensure that all digital content is proofed for typos, is in line with T.M.C. guidelines and has been signed off by all relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with Marketing and the CEO to manage content production budgets and maximize return on spending on our digital content.
- Support on T.M.C. live stream broadcasts, including planning and delivering pre- and post-event video content and assisting with live streaming to social media channels.
- Create, manage, plan and deliver T.M.C. newsletters, including sourcing imagery, creating editorial content, and working with the Marketing and Editorial Team.
- Maintain and update T.M.C. websites for all departments, ensuring consistency of tone and design.
Magazines’ Editorial Content
- Work with the Editorial Team to develop, execute and deliver editorial content across all our channels.
- Coordinate content distribution to internal and external channels (press materials, website, and social media platforms).
- Working with external partners/vendors to establish and co-ordinate original content.
Digital Advertising
- Manage T.M.C. Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads accounts.
- Manage T.M.C. paid-for social and search advertising to maximize sales, ensuring campaign activity is booked and assets are promptly supplied.
General
- To work closely with other departments within the company on all marketing and communication matters.
- Support the Marketing and Editorial Team in building and maintaining a strong brand presence of each publication in line with the mission and values of T.M.C.
- To ensure any personal data handling complies with the Data Protection laws, especially in the use of social media.
- Attend and watch T.M.C. performances and events, as required.
- Represent the Marketing and Press Department on relevant internal Working Groups and Panels.
- To actively participate in and support the work experience programs of T.M.C.
- Provide monthly reports on digital KPIs related to the websites/social media to reach the assigned goals in terms of followers/visitors and define any adjustments required to meet the planned results.
- Have a deep understanding of websites and be able to make changes to their structure.

Your profile, skills and education:
- Fluent English and Italian (German knowledge represent an added value -not mandatory-).
- Knowledge of programming languages to code websites and web applications (preferred).
- Availability to travel (upon expenditures reimbursement).
- Bachelor’s degree, a Master’s degree would be a plus, in Journalism, Communication, Social Media Management, Web Content or equivalent.
- SEO oriented writing experience.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in an editorial content role, with a portfolio of work to show productions of self-developed content.
- Strong expertise in content strategy and able to lead editorial content campaigns.
- Strong Google Analytics, WordPress (or other CMS) and Adobe Acrobat/Illustrator skills.
- Creative minded and a fresh style of writing from a reader’s perspective.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in English and Italian.
- Experience working within an international matrix environment would be a plus.
- Strong research and planning skills.
- Structured approach, eye for detail and ability to manage deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office.
