Contract Type: Fixed term (12 months)

Working Hours: 37

Worker Type: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in office per week following completion of induction and probation - subject to service needs)

Salary: £31,586 - £34,314 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Location: Loxley House, Station Street, Nottingham, NG2 3NG

In this dynamic role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will extend to developing and implementing strategies to improve housing options, ensuring that everyone in our community has access to safe and sustainable accommodation.

Key priorities for the postholder will include:

  • Good operational working knowledge of housing legislation in both the public and private sector
  • Ability to visit and assess property for design, space, and location for suitability
  • Experience in working with individuals who are rough sleeping and a good understanding of the complexity of needs faced by this cohort
  • The ability to visit and inspect properties to identify issues relating to hazards, safety standards, and disrepair; making recommendations for remedial action to be taken
  • Commitment to providing a high-quality customer-focused service
