We are on the hunt for a dynamic, results-driven professional—a human swiss-army knife—to join our fast-paced, action-packed team. As a Talent Agent, you will be the key advocate for our talent, using your expertise to negotiate contracts, secure exciting opportunities, and provide strategic guidance to help advance their careers. Your role will be to bridge the gap between talent and clients, creating connections that maximize success and career longevity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent, advocate, and negotiate on behalf of our talent, ensuring their unique skills and personal brands are effectively promoted.
• Manage relationships with clients, talent, and industry stakeholders to secure opportunities and maximize the potential for success.
• Guide and counsel talent in all aspects of their career, offering strategic insights and career development opportunities.
• Foster new relationships with emerging influencers, identifying new talent and trends in the media and entertainment space.
• Work closely with clients to develop tailored campaigns that meet their business objectives while enhancing the talent’s brand.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Proven track record in talent representation, account management, or a similar role in the Social Media/PR/Agency space.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, influencer marketing, and a finger on the pulse of emerging trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both talent and clients.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.
• 3-4 years of experience in client/account management.
• A strong networker with a talent for identifying and nurturing new, up-and-coming influencers.
• A strategic thinker who can develop creative solutions for talent, with an eye toward long-term career growth and opportunities.
