What You Will Do:

1. Lead the Edge of Care Team, providing supervision and guidance to ensure the effective delivery of family interventions.
2. Facilitate intensive, targeted, and creative work with families, including one-to-one and family sessions, aimed at strengthening relationships and preventing family breakdown.
3. Manage caseloads effectively, tailoring interventions to individual family needs with a focus on achieving better outcomes for children.
4. Engage with children who have complex needs, including those who have experienced trauma, using a trauma-informed approach to build trust and support their emotional well-being.
5. Collaborate with other social care and education professionals to develop comprehensive support plans and maintain a multi-agency approach.
6. Monitor and evaluate the progress of family interventions, adapting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
7. Provide leadership and motivation to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.
