As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals with their daily routines, helping them live as independently and comfortably as possible. Whether it's providing personal care, assisting with meals, or simply offering a listening ear, your role will be vital to the people you are caring for's wellbeing.

What you will need:
  1. Experience planning and partaking in activities.
  2. Experience with providing support and care to adults within a Care Home setting.
  3. Be able to deal with challenging behaviour should it arise.
  4. Being passionate about supporting people with a genuine desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
  5. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to be a good team player.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
  7. Respond promptly to residents' needs and emergencies with empathy and professionalism.
Essential requirements:
  1. Previous experience in a caregiving or similar role preferred but not required.
  2. A genuine passion for caring for the elderly and enhancing their quality of life.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  5. UK work experience.
  6. Be willing to join the SSSC within 6 months of registering with us.
  7. 10-year work history within CV.
