Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. This senior-level position is responsible for leading and driving recruitment efforts across multiple departments while building strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent needs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will develop, execute, and manage strategies for sourcing and hiring top-tier talent, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical positions across the organisation, from sourcing to offer acceptance.

  • Sourcing & Networking: Use creative sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to attract top talent. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and company culture to ensure the recruitment process is aligned with the organisation’s goals and values.

  • Talent Mapping: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive hiring strategies, providing insights into talent pools, compensation trends, and skills availability.

  • Employer Branding: Act as an ambassador for the company brand, showcasing the organisation’s culture, values, and benefits to prospective candidates.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates receive a positive and consistent experience from initial contact through to onboarding.

  • Offer Negotiation: Work closely with candidates and hiring managers to negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and budget.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage recruitment analytics and reporting to monitor the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: In talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions across various functions and industries.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)

  • Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring best practices.

    • Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday) and HRIS.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

  • Preferred:

    • Experience with executive search or high-level talent acquisition.

    • Certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, or similar).
