Job Title: SME Account Relationship Manager

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum plus uncapped bonus scheme
Location: Head Office/ Hybrid
Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Monday - Friday

What's The Job?
At Baltic Apprenticeships, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a dedicated and personable Account Manager to maintain and grow client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. Coming from either a background in recruitment, sales or customer service, the ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.
You will join our SME Account Management Team, working with SME organisations to help them identify skill gaps and grow their teams. You will support the employer while their learner is on-programme with us. You will collaborate closely with our team of Coaches to assist with action plans and resolve any concerns they may have. As learners approach the completion of their programme, you will begin discussing the opportunity for them to progress onto a Level 4 Programme.

Desirable Skills and Experience
• Previous experience in account management, recruitment, or sales role
• Previous experience in a vibrant and fast-paced environment
