Our Client is a Small Well Established Residential Survey and Valuation Practice With Offices In West Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey & London.
They Provide Many Different Types of Instructions Which include Residential Pre-Purchase Surveys and Valuations, Building Defect Surveys & They also Specialise in Lease Extension and Enfranchisement work.
The Whole Team Have an Extensive Knowledge and a Wealth of Experience in All Aspects of Their Fields and also Pride Themselves in Their Value of Each Individual and As Such Invest Time in Ongoing Support, Training and Personal Career Development.
They Are Currently Looking to Recruit Full Time or Part Time Building Surveyors With a Proven Track Record in Residential Survey and Valuation Work.
The Workload is Not About Counting Points or Mortgage Valuations as The Company Strives to Provide Quality Over Quantity and a Premium Service to Their Clients.
Requirements For the Role: AssocRICS/MRICS or FRICS and Min 1 Year PQE
Base Salary: £45-£60 Depending on Experience; Good Bonus Structure and Other Benefits
