Are you ready to turn passion into profession? Do you want to shape the future of engineering? Our Client is on the lookout for a vibrant Skills Coach in Level 3 Engineering to help their apprentices soar to new heights!

As a Skills Coach, you'll have an exciting opportunity to:

1. Kickstart apprentices' journeys by inducting, coaching, mentoring, and tracking their progress both in the workplace and at our vibrant college.
2. Deliver engaging assessments and help apprentices achieve distinction level.
3. Manage your own caseload using our online e-portfolio system, while building lasting relationships with apprentices and employers.

Your Adventure Awaits:

In this role, you will:

1. Provide tailored support and guidance that inspires apprentices to develop essential skills and knowledge.
2. Conduct fun and interactive coaching sessions that meet the high standards of our industry partners.
3. Regularly review progress to keep apprentices on track for timely completion.
4. Weave maths and English into everyday activities to help apprentices shine in all areas.
5. Collaborate with our enthusiastic employer engagement team to discover exciting new apprenticeship opportunities.

What You'll Bring:

To be an ideal Skills Coach, you should have:

1. An Assessor qualification and a relevant Level 3 qualification in engineering.
2. A genuine love for teaching and a zest for helping the next generation of engineers excel.
3. Fantastic communication skills and the ability to connect with people.
