Why You'll Love This Role:

As a Skills Coach in Adult Social Care, you will be pivotal in guiding learners through their career journey. You will:

1. Train, assess, and mentor learners in adult social care, ensuring they excel in their roles and meet the standards set by awarding bodies.
2. Collaborate with employers to design tailored learning programmes that ensure learners gain the real-world skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed to succeed.
3. Make a lasting impact by embedding enrichment activities, Functional Skills, and career advice into the learning experience.
4. Ensure apprentices develop vital skills in English and Maths while tracking their progress every step of the way.
5. Participate in regional and college-wide events, showcasing diverse learning opportunities and championing workplace learning.

What We're Looking For:

1. A Level 5 Leadership qualification in Adult Care, and a passion for coaching and development.
2. Experience in assessing and mentoring learners in vocational fields, preferably within social care.
3. A genuine commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering quality learning experiences for all learners.
4. Confidence in using IT systems and a forward-thinking attitude to promote digital skills.
