Skilled Labourer - Roofing

Fantastic opportunity for a skilled labourer to work with one of the UKs leading and highly reputable housing associations covering the Torbay and surrounding areas.

My client, who is an award winning housing association, is looking for a skilled labourer to assist with planned roofing repairs in domestic housing association properties, care homes and assisted living properties, covering Torbay and the wider region.

Work will range from assisting with re-roofing, roofing repairs, guttering repairs and carrying materials to and from site.

Job Details

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Torbay, North Devon and surrounding areas TQ1
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Duration: 4 weeks plus (opportunities available for permanent positions)
Pay Rate: £14.10 per hour

Requirements:

1. Previous skilled labour experience
2. Previous roofing experience
3. Comfortable working on scaffolding and at height
4. Live in the Torquay or Paignton area for pick up
5. Be able to pass a DBS check
