Regen Solution are currently looking for a Skilled Labourer to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. The majority of the work will be day-to-day reactive repairs in void properties in the Epping Forest Council area. This is a temp-perm position with a tipper truck provided immediately.

Main duties for a Skilled Labourer include:

1. Cleaning void properties
2. Emptying out any rubbish
3. Disposing of any litter
4. Getting the properties in a good condition before new tenants move in

Requirements for a Skilled Labourer are:

• Full UK driving licence
• Experienced Skilled Labourer
